Notice on "Hong Kong DHL Channel Service Restriction Update"

According to the Hong Kong DHL Notice, starting from January 7, 2019, the weight and size restrictions of our Hong Kong DHL channel products are as follows:

1. The billable weight of a single piece of goods cannot exceed 300 kg;

2. The length of one side of each shipment cannot exceed 300 cm;

3. The total billable weight of each shipment must not exceed 3,000 kg;

4. The total number of pieces per shipment cannot exceed 99 pieces;

5, the longest side of the goods does not exceed 300 cm, but the width of more than 200 cm or the height of more than 160 cm, and the single-ticket billing weight of more than 999kg of the shipment, the booking must be successful before the transfer.

Please note that the billable weight per ticket for the following countries and regions cannot exceed 1000 kg.
(Exception on countries: Armenia, Belarus, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Montenegro, Nauru, Palau, Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Solomon Islands, St Barthelemy, Turks & Caicos, South Sudan, Tahiti, Timor Leste, Tonga, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Vanuatu)
